Ray Pultman, The Hat Man
From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Ruth Ezell meets 80-year-old Ray Pultman who has been making hats since the 1950s. Washington Avenue was once known as the garment district—back when the city was a major manufacturer of clothing, including hats.
