Toy Culture: Ame-Comi by DC Direct X Udon Studios
When I stopped by Fortress of Solitude in Newark NJ this friday with my brother and pops I spotted these gems. They are to say the least AWESOME! Still finding out more about them and will report back but here's a couple of pictures I found on the net that will show you how cool they are. Most came from Entertainment Earth but one came from a cool site called GEN (Girl's Entertainment Network)
My friend and I were recently talking about technology, and how integrated it has become to our daily lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that discussion we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.
ReplyDeleteI don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further develops, the possibility of uploading our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I daydream about every once in a while.
